I’m sharing his attorneys letter to give you insight for praying.

Gary:  Please accept this as our settlement effort regarding your motion.  PP1:  Somehow, the wrong MAA was attached to the agreement.  Things were very hectic at the end of the mediation.  You had to go to City Council.   Tracy Amos has confirmed that the $34k does not belong.  Further, even though Tracy was a joint expert, Noah has gone ahead and paid her the other half of what she was owed-so Tracy is paid in full (unless she is required to spend more time on this issue).  PP2:  Noah will try to have Susie added as joint owner of Omega account.  He informs us that he has started that process, but is awaiting their response.  At the very least, we can beef up that language in the agreement and create a separate document requiring him to give her ½ of any proceeds.  PP3:  Noah would like to have Lena (daughter) the primary trustee for the child (with his brother, Jonathan, secondary).  The 2 older siblings would handle this.  PP4:  Noah will not agree to change this paragraph.  He is in a serious relationship with a very nice lady.  We had previously asked about your client agreeing to dropping this issue.  Noah informs us that she still has refused to give him:  his guns, the jet ski titles, ½ of the golf cart proceeds, and Zook Construction’s air compressor, small trailer, shop fan, and ramps.  Noah also informs us that your client refuses to consult with him regarding any important decisions regarding the child, she is inflexible on his visits, she refused to allow a special trip to Nashville because it was on her weekend, she refuses to fully set up the Our Family Wizard, and she delayed refinancing her car (so Noah had to make 2 payments and had to keep it insured).  Noah also informs us that he found a special cruise scheduled for April 4-9, but his days with the child are April 3-8.  Unfortunately, Noah says that she finally just denied this 1 day adjustment.  Perhaps all of these issues could be resolved together.  PP5:  He will sign the Affidavit.
